The representatives of the Staff Association are the following
Marcel Aymon, Gerrit Jan Bossen, Gianni Deroma, Véronique Paris and Michel Vitasse (Vice-Chairman).
The CERN Administration is represented by the following persons:
André Naudi (Chairman), Enrico Chiaveri, Paolo Ciriani, Lucy Linssen and Werner Zapf.
Formal relations between the CERN Management and the Staff Association are held in the Standing Concertation Committee, defined in the CERN Staff Rules and Regulations
VII 1.07 Standing Concertation Committee
A procedure for discussion between the Director-General and the Staff
Association shall be set up in order to examine general matters concerning
the personnel. The term discussion denotes a procedure whereby the Director-General
and the Staff Association concert together to try to reach a common position.
A standing Concertation Committee shall be established for this purpose.
RVII 1.01
The Standing Concertation Committee shall be set up pursuant to the provisions of Article VII 1.07 of the Rules. It shall be composed of ten members of the personnel with an equal number of representatives of the Director-General and representatives of the Staff Association. The Chairman shall be selected by the members representing the Director-General from among their number and the Vice-Chairman by those representing the Staff Association from among their number.
RVII 1.02
Once a year, or more frequently if necessary, the Director-General and the Staff Association shall each appoint five members of the Standing Concertation Committee. Each member may arrange to be represented if need be.
RVII 1.03
A matter may be referred to the Standing Concertation Committee shall draw up its internal rules of procedure which shall be subject to the approval of the Director-General.
